           Total number of species for the year 76

9th

Two Ravens flew north at approx. 09:30 sending every gull along the cliff-top into a complete panic. Little else of note apart from a Merlin which was a new bird for the year.

Another trip down to Dover Docks produced  a 1st winter Glaucous Gull by the cafe near the old Hoverport Pad.

2nd

After a quick walk around the area produced nothing we decided on a trip to Dover Harbour and were rewarded with this 2nd winter Iceland Gull. Later in the afternoon it was joined briefly by a 1st winter Glaucous Gull.
