Access

     Permission to study the birdlife on this site has been granted by the owners, principally Dominic and Marice Kendrick and Zika Pablovic, to whom we are extremely grateful. Access to this site is restricted to the general public, but there are various footpaths that provide reasonable access to parts of it. The Ordnance Survey Explorer Maps 136 & 148 clearly show the footpaths. It is possible to overlook the attractive 300 year-old deer park and much of the study area from Boughton Monchelsea Church (TQ 771499) as well as from the roads that form some of the boundaries. The Greensand Way footpath, along the ridge, provides views over the northern part of the study area.
