8. Description of Rarities
Barry to chase rarity records and then copy to recorders in order that they are aware that the record is in circulation. Tim would also like to be copied in on the descriptions so he is aware we have one.
Following the recent Storm Petrel influx into Channel, descriptions will not required on this occasion, though will be required for future records. This approach covers influx species e.g. for some counties, Waxwing in some years.
9. AOB
Don had a contact for some fieldwork in Sinai (operation Wallacea) if anyone was interested in being involved? The closing date was 14th April.
10. Date and Venue of the next meeting.
