Restriction: No records of birds between April and July (inclusive) to be published. Reason: Vulnerable to egg collectors and disturbance by observers.

Little Egret Egretta garzetta

Restriction: The location of breeding colonies (other than RSPB Northward Hill) are not to be disclosed. Reason: Colonies exist on private land where there is no public access.

Honey-buzzard Pernis apivovus

Restriction: The only records which may be published are of migrants at coastal sites. Reason: Vulnerable to egg collectors and disturbance by observers. Most Honey-buzzards seen at inland sites will be summering non-breeders, but the presence of breeding pairs cannot be safely excluded.
